LOT YH-13.THIS IS THE ACTUAL LUMBER YOU WILL RECEIVE!!!!!! This wood has amazing ribbon figure and better tap tone than mahogany. THIS WOOD HAS been end sealed with anchorseal wax (an inert, emulsified bees wax that is organic and so safe you could eat it) so that the wood dries evenly and slowly in our kilns. We have low temperature dehumidifaction kilns so the wood dries slowly and will not have stresses, checking, and problems associated with high temperature kiln drying. All of our turning blanks have been kiln dried. Beware of green wood that has moisture pockets inside and will change its size and dimensions. This lumber is all 100% heartwood.
