This is a copy of X-Men 35, published by Marvel in August, 1968 and featuring the first appearance of the Changeling, as well as an appearance by Banshee and a visit from Spiderman, too...  It has a great Roy Thomas story, with Werner Roth and Dan Adkins art.  It has been graded Fine Plus (6.5) condition by CGC with really nice looking off-white to white interior pages.
