Auctions sold as NEW may (or may not) have tags. If they have tags it will be specified, but feel free to ask questions! I have several other auctions of like or similar items and I am always happy to combine shipping expense! Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your item you MAY have the option to return the item for full refund. If the item is received and is discovered to be flawed or defective, the item can be returned for full refund...and I will admit that I have over-looked a missing button here and there, not intentional, only human. So please just email me FIRST if you have any issues, I would like to make sure that we both have a good ebay experience! Shipping Guidelines: I offer all shipping services, but will designate for the lowest cost shipping if available. If you prefer a select shipping service, that must be specified and additional costs will be paid by the seller. I am most happy to accommodate “special” needs for express shipping. If a buyer is bidding on multiple auctions, they must be bid on within 7 days of closing and buyer is required to notify me in advance so that I can make sure the items get packaged together and that an invoice is generated for the reduced shipping cost. Buyers of multiple auctions will receive a 50% reduced shipping rate on all additional items. ***Please be sure to give at least 7 days after payment for item to be received, most times all packages get shipped priority (2-3 days), but occasionally I have to send parcel post if the cost is high, which takes 5-7 days. I am happy to provide tracking info for delayed items*** **Please note that I try to ship twice per week, usually Mondays and Fridays** International and Domestic Shipping costs incur a small “handling” fee to cover shipping materials and expenses, this is included in the flat-rate price seen in the auctions description. Insurance is not included in the flat-rate pricing but may be added to the transaction invoice in the amount of $1.30 per $50 of insured cost. Be be sure to specify that insurance is desired. I will ship to Canada for an additional cost –please make arrangements prior to auctions end so that I can invoice for the correct price.
