We are pleased to offer at auction a Wolfgang Puck Cast Iron Reversible Bistro Griddle / Grill Current Production Item Import Griddle is in excellent used condition with no cracks, pitting, or rust, and sits perfectly flat. Measures 19" x 10 1/2" across top diameter. All my cast iron cookware pieces have been cleaned to bare metal by electrolysis (no poisonous chemicals or lye used), and treated with mineral oil to retard rusting.
