I also help raise my 1 year old grandson, while both his parents are off in the military. These are warehoused at another holding location and will be pulled once order has been paid in full. Because of this it takes up to 7 business days once payment is received and cleared to ship out any order. All Wolfgang Puck products are guaranteed as I own many of them myself and that is why I began selling his products. His products let you cook with ease and still have time for family and other things. ******************************************************************* RECONDITIONED PRODUCTS: Please be aware before purchasing, that all my Wolfgang Puck products are factory reconditioned or refurbished items, which means they are all opened boxed items that have been tested, conditioned with stainless steel cleaner and conditioner, and then cleaned again before ever shipping. You still get the same warranty and the lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. All e-mails will be answered within 12-24 hours if not earlier and shipping information is e-mailed as soon as your order is shipped. ******************************************************************* WARRANTY: My Wolfgang Puck Products come with a 7 day warranty from time of delivery and after that they have a lifetime warranty with the manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return products. I offer 7 days to give my buyers time to use the product and notify me if any malfunctions. After 7 days of delivery my initial warranty expires and you will have to go through Wolfgang Puck Manufacturer directly. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! I have had to put this policy in place due to some wanting to return the item after they have used it a couple of times and then decided to tell me it doesn’t work to be able to ship it back and I would pay the shipping charges. Then I would test the products once received back and they worked fine. Due to a few customers not being honest then it is now affecting other customers by having to put a strict returns policy in place. Shipping charges are NOT refunded unless my error or item actually does not work after testing. For more information on manufacturer’s warranty you need to notify Wolfgang Puck Manufacturer on the website directly and they will instruct you with further instructions after my 7 day warranty. ******************************************************************* We take pride in our work even though it may take a few extra days, but we test all of our products before they ever go out the door for shipping. UPS picks up at warehouse two times a week only. If the listing only has UPS as a shipper then UPS will ship your order. Until then USPS is my only shipper. If you receive an order that has been damaged from USPS shipping please file a claim with USPS first if you paid for insurance on your order. I live a ways out from the Post Office and they do not pick up at my house, so sometimes I have to hand deliver to the Post Office Saturday mornings in town. This may cause a 2 day delay in shipping. Orders are only process Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm. Please remember that orders paid after 2pm will not be begin processing until the next BUSINESS DAY with the exception of holidays. It is the complete discretion of the returns department as to the outcome of the returns/refund and the customer will be notified by e-mail of the final decision. 6) If payment was made by paypal then refund will be by paypal within 7 business days. If payment was made by money order then refund will be by money order within 7 business days. 7) If after the item is investigated and the item does or does not work properly, the customer will receive an e-mail explaining whether a refund will be issued along with the reason. 8) After receiving the denial for refund letter by e-mail, the customer may request to have the item shipped back to them after paying additional shipping charges. 9) If you request a replacement and it has been approved through the returns department then in lieu of a refund, a replacement will be shipped with a refund of the shipping charges from returning item. Many are not very noticeable, but some have a more noticeable one than others. Some of the glass lids and plastic extra lids were broken and due to that they may not be enclosed. You are getting a great deal on buying discounted scratch & dents. I guarantee all of my products for the first 7 days after receiving, so you are getting a great deal. After the first 7 days the customer would need to check online with the manufacturer. If you receive your pressure cooker and the two lids are enclosed then you are getting a greater deal. These come with the pressure cooker, pressure cooker operational lid, pressure valve, condensation cup, and power cord. Some cookers may have some accessories, but can not guarantee which ones will be shipped. These are all factory tested and shipped. I want all my customers to be aware that these items may not have the accessories with them. You will receive a manual. These are also becoming harder to keep in stock and may take up to 7 business days to process orders as I sell them also at my location store. These are guaranteed to work and are replaceable if they do not. You must follow the returns policy to have them replaced and it may take up to 7 business days to ship replacement after receiving returned item. If you don't mind a scratch or a dent then these are for you. Scratch & Dent Pressure Cookers are in stock, but I also sell in my hometown store location and they sell quickly. If you purchase a scratch & dent Pressure Cooker and I do not have it in stock at that moment, be assured I have another order on the way and your pressure cooker will be shipped as soon as that shipment arrives. Sometimes the orders have taken 7-9 business days to receive then they have to be tested so approximately 14 business days. I do apologize for delays, but I want to make sure my customers are happy with their purchases and not receive items that do not work.
