Our willingness to sell this timeshare for such a low price is absolutely no reflection of the resort. It is just that we are loaded with inventory and need to move some out. Resort Information
A golfer's paradise awaits at Fox Hills Resort. Both novice and expert golfers will enjoy the 45 holes of challenging golf that are wrapped within the pastoral beauty and serenity of Wisconsin's rolling countryside. The Sand Trap Sports Pub offers dining in a casual atmosphere and live entertainment on weekends. Fox Hills also offers exciting summer and winter activities: two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three whirlpools, a spa and fitness center, tennis, basketball, volleyball, mini-golf, horseshoe pits, snowmobile trails, bonfires, and more.
About The Condo
This beautifully appointed vacation home (#C8B) is in the resort's “Floating” system, which means that each year you may be assigned a different unit, but you will always get a large two bedroom vacation home. These homes are equipped with a full kitchen and THREE baths (very convenient), a private patio, romantic Jacuzzi tub, plus a lovely gas fireplace. The whole family (up to six people) will be very comfortable in this spacious unit. All homes at this resort are professionally decorated and fully equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay one you'll remember for a lifetime including all kitchenware, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc. All you will need to do is show up and enjoy!
The Week
The week is #40, a great early October week, a lovely time to vacation in this location as the weather is beautiful, mild during the day and night. Golfers love this time of year as they can normally get tee times that would be difficult in the summer, plus they love playing in weather that won't make them sweat. You can use the week yourself or you can trade your mid-season white week for one of over 4,600 resorts in the RCI Exchange Systems (RCI code is 1245). The trading power is really excellent as this resort area is very popular year round. It is permanently deeded and yearly fees total $498, a bargain for such a large vacation home. The resort has had an excellent trading history for places like Miami, Vermont, Santa Fe, Bahamas, and others. This is a deeded timeshare, which means you own it forever; leave it to your kids or sell it whenever you are done using it.
More Details
There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Maintenance and taxes are up to date. You will receive a Warranty Deed, which means that you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances. The new purchaser will begin ownership with the 2009 week, and be responsible for the 2009 maintenance fees when billed by the resort.

And in the rare case that they make an error they admit it, and fix it. Please don’t ask us to close this transaction any other way because we will not be able to accommodate you. The cost to the purchaser will be only $435. This price will include all closing costs including document preparation, deed recording, priority mailings, and all county, state, and municipal transfer taxes and recording fees. They will even register the new deed with the resort on behalf of the new owner.
