The new Titan SCR3 was design for several reasons. For houses that have fixtures like a Jacuzzi or a large tub, large shower heads or if you just like to take a extremely hot shower. Also it works more efficient in areas that the temperature of the water going into the water heater is below 60ºF or if the voltage in your home is bellow 220 Volts.  The output temperature of the water will depend on two things: the temperature of the water in your area and the flow rate that you will be using. If the temperature of the water in your area is very cold, you could install 2 units to increase the rise in temperature. The model N-160 will give you up to 4GPM, uses at 220V a 70A breaker and 6 gauge wire. Please check with an electrician if your electric box could handle the load.
