This is a beautiful hand-painted roomy, large armoire. Each of the sides have a row of hooks for hanging necklaces and has a nice felt backing. This has several drawers, with 1 being much larger. Notice the Queen Anne legs and the beautiful purplish hand-painted roses. The top also has a mirror for viewing. This is built very well and done in a cream finish. It measures 39 1/2" tall x 17" across x 12" deep.

Shipping & Handling
Being in the internet business for several years now, we have learned about shipping skillfully. We double box most items and we repack them so that they will arrive to you safely, the way you paid for them to arrive.
We don't just stick a label on your item and hope for the best! We take time to repack, wrap cardboard around the original box and securely tape it. We add end strips to many of the heavier items also.
These items incur extra labor and material costs, that is why shipping is higher than smaller objects that are less damage prone. Some beds, bar sets and so forth have multiple packages that will be shipped to you.
Furniture needs this attention and there are vendors that do not go through this process and that can be understood in feedback. We do care and would like you to return as our customer. We are here for the long term.

We take responsibility for any damage incurred from shipping and will replace damaged parts immediately if it is in our stock, or we will order the part so that you have it as soon as possible.
We strive to ship your package within 3 days. Sometimes it is shipped sooner, or if it is real busy, a bit longer. This time does not include weekends or holidays. Transit time is usually 2 to 6 days depending on where it is being shipped to.
All free shipping items have the shipping & handling built into the selling price.

Warranty Policy
We don't issue automatic warranties on products.
We do, of course, replace a part or compensate for items received damaged or incomplete.
We also work with you on obtaining parts should something break or wear out at a later time, if available and at our shipping and item cost.
Damages
If you have damage, email within 48 hours of your delivery.
We will always replace the damaged part or make fair compensation.
If item is damaged, do not refuse delivery, we will replace damaged part(s).
FedEx requires proof of the damage so a picture of the damage is needed.

Out Of Stock
Items out of stock can be purchased and we will ship them to you as soon as they arrive. Please note at the top of any auction it will read, "Buy at this price andwe will ship in X weeks." We then will ship the item atthe specified time, if the item is estimated to be late we will contact you.
If you decide to purchase, please understand we try very hard to be accurate, but if we cannot get the item by the due date, you can always receive a refund. We ask that you are aware of this and do not get upset if it takes longer than specified. We do this because of customer requests to do so, but definitely do not want negatives or neutrals for these reasons.

Return Policy
If you have changed your mind within 7 days after you have received your item you can ship it back to us.
We have noticed that of the few returns we receive, most could have been prevented. Ask all your questions before your purchase about coloring, features, fabric etc. and that will most likely help you know what decision to make ahead of time.
Email us to make us aware of the return and the reason it's being returned.
It must be un-assembled, new in the box, and all packaging must be reused again and taped well.
We cannot accept a return if it has been assembled or used for it is no longer new.
Use UPS or FedEx to ship back to us. We do not use USPS.
We will issue you your refund of the item cost but not original shipping cost.
If the item has free shipping, about 30 to 40 percent of the total will be charged against item cost as the shipping cost.
There is a 10% restocking fee because we need to open and inspect items before restocking.

Shipping Your Purchase

If you have detailed shipping instructions for us, email us the same hour of purchase (we need no email if your address if fine in eBay check out). You can have your item shipped to an address other than your own. Just fill it out in eBay checkout. We do not look at PayPal.
Please make sure your eBay email information is up to date. We have had ongoing problems with emails that are no longer valid. In the eBay system you can email us, but when we reply, if your email is not up to date, it is undeliverable. This causes problems because our customer things we are not responding. Having your phone number in eBay checkout is also a good idea. The more information we have, the better able we are to communicate with you if there is a problem. This is part of our fantastic customer service.
Please allow us a little time to prepare your order and to ship it. We double box most orders and pack your items carefully. Furniture packaging shipping does take skill and time for packing properly.
If ad has, "Will ship in X weeks" we will ship in the specified time and if item is estimate to be late we will inform you through an email.
When we ship your purchase you will receive an eBay email and an email with a FedEx or UPS tracking number.
Please be aware and track your package while it is
being delivered.
Please let us know about gate codes, unusual package drop locations, etc.
Leave a note for the delivery man if necessary. This is our biggest delivery issue.
Delivery will be attempted 3 times. If it is safe, they
will leave the item on the porch or leave a note with
your instructions.
If yours is a routine delivery there is no need to email
us.
Any non-delivery will be sent back to us and shipping will have to be charged to you both ways, plus a 10% restocking fee. Please be aware of your delivery.
Upon arrival to you, we ask that you inspect your purchase within 48 hours.
If, by chance, there is any damage please follow the procedures above.
