The Contempra Trio is a 42-inch, five-blade ceiling fan. The blades are reversible, and are rosewood on one side with bird's eye maple on the other. Both match nicely with the fan's brushed nickel finish. The fan includes a three-light lighting kit with the three lights creating a triangular pattern beneath the center of the fan and providing welcome light when necessary; the globes are frosted glass. 42-inch fans are best suited for medium-sized rooms such as recreation rooms, living rooms, or a children's bedroom but can be used for larger rooms.
