This item is in VERY GOOD CONDITION and has been tested fully in our facility. Tests included checking for idle running condition, full throttle running, controls and switches, all of which are in good working condition. Only the items shown in the auction pictures are included, nothing else - what you see in the pictures is what you will get. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the photos and ask questions before bidding. Our Policies: Payment must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction unless you contact our office to make other arrangements. All unpaid auctions on the 8th day will be issued a non-paying bidder alert thru Ebay. We accept PayPal and Moneyorders only. All Paypal shipments must ship to a confirmed Paypal address. If you do not have a confirmed paypal address you must send us a money order. We ship UPS and FEDEX ground only, we do not ship using th U.S. Postal Service. We ship only to the lower 48 states. We do not combine shipping as items are boxed for shipping prior to auction ending and may or may not ship from same location at the same time. Bids from outside the U.S. will not be accepted or will be rejected no exceptions. We accept return only if the item was not as described in the auction listing. Buyer must notify us within 3 days of receipt and item must be returned within 10 days of receiving. You must receive a RA# from us for the return to be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We reserve the option of repairing, replacing or issusing a refund on all claims that arise. All returned items will carry a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum fee of $5 and maximum fee of $75) unless the item is replaced or significantly not as described.
