Once HOW is in receipt of your custom sizes an invoice requiring your signature will be emailed to you for pymt. Note: U.I. is the total measurement of the width of the window added to the height [ie. a window measuring 32"w x 56"h would be 88 U.I (32 + 56 = 88)]. SHIPPING: National shipping directly to your site on all orders over $1000.00. All orders are shipped directly from Manufacturer's Distribution center. Manufacturer has local Distribution Centers within most states. Free shipping will be applied to ENTIRE window order within a 20 mile radius of Manufacturer's Distribution Center. Minimal shipping cost for distances beyond specified limitations. Some delivery areas may incur a slightly higher fee due to their route location (rural, mountainous, etc.) You must be present to receive shipment. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to carefully inspect all items before accepting delivery. Once delivery is accepted no returns of damaged merchandise can be made. Any shortage or damage must be noted immediately on the delivery ticket and a copy provided to driver. Delivery is "Curbside Delivery" only. Customer must furnish assistance to help unload at time of delivery. Note, on delivery of windows & doors, allow up to 4 - 6 weeks from the time HOW is in receipt of a fully signed contract and fully cleared pymt. All products will be delivered upon receipt from manufacturer. Any product asked to be held by HOW for delayed delivery will incur minimal "storing" fees. It is the sole decision of HOW on whether any delivery will be held upon Customer's request or delivered immediately upon completion. TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to check quantities, sizes and specifications very carefully before placing order. The products ordered within will be manufactured and or assembled to unique custom specifications provided to us by Customer, therefore this order is not cancelable and these units may not be returned. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure entire order is correct (i.e. sizes, color, etc.) prior to signing invoice. Once order has been processed there are no guarantees that changes can be made. All payments are to be made to HOUSE OF WINDOWS. Customer agrees to pay $85.00 for all returned &/or cancelled checks.
