Here is a VINTAGE WHITE FLOWER FARM CATALOG from 1967. Called THE GARDEN BOOK. Cover is in excellent condition with an old fold at the bottom corner, very normal and lays flat. No tears, spots or stains. Some yellowing around the edges as is normal. Cover is gorgeous and vibrant, looks to be watercolor drawings of all kinds of flowers, Poppies, Delphiniums, Scabiosa, Gallardia, Peonies, Monarda, Yarrow, Penstomen, Asters, Rudbeckia, Columbine, Phlox, Mallow and Asters. All this is duplicated on the back cover. The covers alone would be beautiful framed. Inside is all black and white drawing of flowers with detailed descriptions and tons of information on all the varieties available for each species. As is still the tradition today, the WHITE FLOWER FARM catalog was the premiere source of gardening information and plants and this catalog is no different. There are 84 pages of everything you might need to know about flowering perennials, shrubs and trees, gardening tools and supplies. Instruction for planting different plants and trees, pruning techniques and even dividing and propagating new plants. Great for display in your garden room or potting shed.
