Air Pump.  I tested it and it runs great and is very quiet.  I do not know the age of it, it came from an estate sale.  On the metal tag of the motor housing it has Universal Electric Co., LR12645, Owosso, Michigan., U.S.A., NO. 20 Auto Oil Every 3 Mo., Volts - 115, Cycle - 60, Amps - .5, Ser. - 11T29248  CCWSE, R.P.M. - 1600, MOD - 18G5, WATTS - 35 and HP - .1/100.  On the side by the base it has printed - Metal Products, Inc., Seattle, Wash. Model H.  It measures 4" tall, and the base is 6" long by 4" wide.  It seems to be made of a thick metal, there are some cracks in the rubber belt (dry rot), the rubber feet on the base is worn and there are some surface scratches.  While taking the pictures I noticed that the rubber housing on the plug has a crack in it.  If I noticed that before testing it, I would not have plugged it in......... Lucky me!!!!!
