I have owned and used this freezer for 3 years with nary a problem. Some normal scratches on unit, nothing really noticeable. Barely even dents my daily watt hours, even when I had it 1/2 full on the absolute lowest setting here in the Arizona heat in my garage (wow!!). Functioning perfectly, but just updated to a large fridge/freezer combo, so obsolete for me. Would prefer local pickup, but will ship truck freight if you arrange it.
