Universal LED Patio Umbrella Light Retail Value: $40.00 NO RESERVE! Brighten your patio on those cool summer nights with our newest Universal LED Patio Umbrella light system. Attaches to most aluminum, steel or wooden umbrella poles in seconds and operates on AAA batteries. This LED light system features 8 super bright LED lights which reflect light perfectly to set a relaxed mood for any occassion. Features a simple on/off switch and low power usage enabling hours of use on a single set of batteries. Fits all standard umbrella poles from 33 to 38mm with included fitting attachment. Shipping/Handling Rates Shipping and handling rates are determined through the shipping calculator link below. Residents in AK, HI, GU, PR, VI and APO/FPO address will be charged the same amount as the Canada rate. All others countries outside North America will pay the fixed international rate. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico USPS Priority Mail is our normal shipping method to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 5-14 business days to arrive to you and is not trackable like FedEx. Delivery confirmation numbers are included on all USPS shipments. APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories We ship to APO/FPO, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa and other outlying US territory addresses via USPS Priority Mail. We can ship nearly all non-oversized items to you. We may need to cancel orders for items that are too large to ship via USPS. Delivery time varies widely from 4-20 business days although most items arrive in less than 10 business days. Canada (friendly neighbors to the north!) Canadian orders weighing more than 3 lbs generally ship via FedEx or UPS and orders 3 lbs or less generally ship via USPS/Canada Post. We do not offer the buyer the option to choose the courier. We usually will ship with the cheaper or quicker method. Orders shipped to Canada may incur brokerage fees, tax and duties upon entering Canada. These fees are collected by the brokerage house and/or Canadian government and are not imposed by our company. These fees are based on the winning purchase price and commodity that is being exported. We cannot control these additional fees which may occur. Please check with your local authorities to inquire about such levies. Combined Shipping Combined shipping is available for all identical items. All items must be identical to receive the discount. Combined shipping reduces the total shipping and handling charge by $5.00 for as many identical items won starting with the second item. For example, if you win 2 identical items (must be same color, size and model) then you'll receive a $5.00 discount on the shipping/handling total. For three items, you'll receive $10.00 off and so on. Sales Tax California residents must add 7.75% sales tax which will be based on the total purchase price include shipping and handling. Order Processing We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. All orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 2:00pm PST are usually shipped the same business day. Most domestic orders should be received within 1-5 business days. Canadian orders typically take 4-7 business days and international orders typically take 7-15 business days. Insurance Our shipping/handling rates do not include any insurance. You will be offered insurance as an option during the checkout process. The insurance amount is based on the items value or winning bid, whichever is greater. Tracking your Package You will receive a shipment confirmation email the day that your order leaves our facility. This email will contain your tracking number or delivery confirmation number(if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. Please note that the USPS does not offer package tracking like FedEx and they only provide a Delivery Confirmation number. Delivery Confirmation numbers only let us know when a package has been delivered and do not show any other information. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipping date for tracking information to appear on the FedEx tracking website. Days in Transit Days in transit are Monday through Friday only (business/working days) for FedEx Ground. FedEx Home Delivery operates on Tuesday - Saturday. USPS operates domestically Monday - Saturday. The day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit. For example, a 2nd Day Air package shipped via FedEx on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday If you are considering an upgraded service or are just unsure about how long your package will take to arrive, please contact us so that we may assist you to choose the appropriate method. Typically USPS shipped orders in the US arrive within 1-5 business days. Customer Pickups Because we ship from multiple warehouses all over the country we do not offer any local pickups. Our headquarters are in San Diego however many items are not stocked in our San Diego warehouse. Brokerage Fees, Customs Duties and Taxes Depending on your countrys laws, you may be subject to brokerage fees, import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from TheSaveWave includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping/handling. You will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information. Commercial Invoices and Declared Values All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (cannot mark as gift). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item. Non-payments/Late payments Transaction will be revoked and non-paying bidder alert filed if a payment or response to emails is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction. Non-paying bidders can pay a $10.00 and up restocking fee to avoid a non-paying bidder alert and ebay strike on their account. Restocking fees are based on the winning bid amount. Combined Shipping for Multiple Items If you are bidding on multiple auctions we are glad to offer you combined (reduced) shipping charges. Please note that the system will only discount shipping for two or more identical items. Items must be the same color, model or style to qualify for combined shipping. Our checkout system will automatically combine your auction purchases into a single order and consolidate your shipping charges. Each additional item will receive a $5.00 discount on the shipping charge. In order to receive combined shipping savings, please do not checkout until after your last auction has closed or last Buy It Now has been completed. Once your last auction has closed, please proceed to our Infopia checkout system and you will find all of your items in your shopping cart with the adjusted shipping charges. Once checkout has been completed, item combined shipping adjustments will stop for that order and no additional items may be added. Credit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments through our secure Infopia checkout system. We are proud to offer PayPal Express Checkout within our secure Infopia checkout system. Paypal Express Checkout allows you to save time and effort by using the confirmed shipping and billing information you have stored with PayPal. Just select the PayPal during checkout and you will be redirected to Paypal to complete the transaction. A PayPal e-check is the electronic equivalent of a personal check. Orders paid for with a PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. This usually requires 3-4 business days from the date payment is initiated. Money Orders, Cashier's and Personal Checks We accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (personal checks can only be for US orders). Please note that any Personal Check orders may be held for up to 7 days for clearing purposes. Payment is expected to be mailed within 3 days of completing checkout. We will email you a notice once payment is received and your order has been shipped. If paying by check or money order please reference the order number provided to you at the completion of our Infopia checkout process on your check/money order. Payment Terms We require that all items be paid for within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you are bidding on multiple items and need more than 7 days to complete payment, please be sure to contact us. If an item remains unpaid for 14 days, we will begin the Unpaid Item process with eBay to recover our eBay fees and will ultimately restock the product back into our inventory for resale. The upaid item process with eBay is automated in our system and you will receive a strike against your account for each unpaid item. eBay has a 3 strike policy to discourage non-paying bidders. Feedback Our feedback program is an automated system which will leave buyers positive feedback only after we have received positive feedback. If you are waiting for positive feedback from us, simply leave us a positive remark through eBay and our system will generate an equally positive comment for your account within 24 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours (not including weekends) for us to reply to your questions. How long does it take for my order to arrive? Most orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery/Ground or USPS Priority Mail/First Class Mail. Domestic orders over 3 lbs generally ship via FedEx Home Delivery to residences and FedEx Ground to businesses. FedEx Home Delivery operates Tuesday - Saturday and FedEx Ground operates Monday - Friday. See our FedEx days-in-transit map to the left side of this page for estimated shipping time. Domestic orders shipped via USPS generally arrive in 1-5 business days. FedEx tracking and USPS delivery confirmation numbers are available and will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. After checking out you will be issued a username and password to log into our website to check order status. If I live locally, can I pick up an order from you personally? Local pickups at our San Diego warehouse are no longer available. Many of our items are shipped from our warehouses in New York and Florida so local pickups are difficult to manage properly. For this reason we have discontinued this service. Do you combine shipping and handling for multiple items won? Yes! For identical items won you get $5.00 off your shipping total for each multiple item. Items must be identical in size, model, color and style in order to qualify for the discount. Effective January 1, 2008, all eBay orders now come with a 30 day easy return policy for new items only. All items listed are brand new unless otherwise noted. Some items carry their own extended warranties through the manufacturer (check item description for details). You may return an eBay purchase within 30 days of the original ship date for returns and/or exchanges. Buyer pays for shipping costs of returned/exchanged items. We no longer charge any restocking fees unless the item is returned in a condition that cannot be resold as new. Those returns would be subject to a restocking fee starting at 10% and up depending on usage. You are now entitled to the full purchase price (winning bid amount). The original shipping/handling fee is deducted from any refunds. If you would like to return/exchange an ebay purchase please contact us to obtain an returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Any returns received without an RMA number will be refused or discarded after 30 days. Shipping Errors/Damage We suggest you opt for the insurance in every order. While we set a high level for packaging to ensure a safe delivery, damaged packages do happen. If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund once a claim has been approved through the shipping carrier. If you do not opt for the insurance we cannot file damage claims on your behalf. If the order you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible. Description/Condition We take great care in accurately describing the products we sell. Most everything we sell is new unless noted in the auction title. If you receive your order and feel that the product is not consistent with our description, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original winning bid price. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit of the winning bid. Items purchased in used condition are not returnable. Warranty We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you are 100% satisfied. Unless an item's desciption explicitly states a manufacturer's warranty then we do not offer any warranty on items beyond the 30 day return window. Return Procedure All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA# before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA#, please write this number on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us along with a note explaining why you are returning the item. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
