This is a new in the box, original Troy-Bilt tiller bumper for Pony tillers.  Part number 12593. This is the bumper only, the tiller is not included!  Includes all mounting hardware and instructions.  We used to be a Troy-Bilt dealer but no longer are and we are cleaning out our stock.  No reserve.  If you don't plan on paying, please do not bid.  Once again, this is the tiller bumper only, not the tiller!!!  Thanks.
