This is an 028 WB. It is complete minus the cylinder and piston. No cracks in the case. It had a scored cylinder and was long forgotten on a shelf. I have a set of good covers(air cleaner and cylinder) I will send with it. I tested it and it does have spark. The fuel tank/rear handle is taped up and it is cracked. Aluminum handle so you can recycle it when you change it. Might be able to TIG weld it. Please look closely at the photos and ask any question you may have. sold as is for parts. Thanks for looking
