FREE GIFT - Includes (2) Heater Housing O'rings (2 5/8" in diameter) *Please ask all of your questions BEFORE making your purchase.  Also remember to specify the wattage in the "Notes" section of the paypal purchase.  If you send this information later (even 10 minutes later) in an e-mail, we cannot guarantee that the purchase will not have already been processed, depending upon the time of day. ***These brand new, rugged heater elements are made of corrosion-resistant Incoloy 800 with 316 stainless steel hardware.  These are the best quality, long-life replacements you can find.  Made in the U.S.A.  They fit  99% of all stainless steel "tube style" heaters used by dozens of spa companies since 1985.  These elements are made to be easy to install and very universal, for many models of spas.  Overall length of 10" to fit M-7 Balboa controls, Gecko, Nuwave, Cal Spas, Coleman, Brett, Spa Builders, Catalina, Gatsby, Hurricane, ASI and many more brands of spa equipment.  The terminal studs are approximately 1 1/4" apart center to center.  Individually packed, with all required hardware and o'rings.  Wattages in 240v are 5.5, 4.5 or 4.0kW.  In 120 volts, 1.5, or 1.0kW.   If you do not specify, we will ship 5.5kw which heats the water slightly faster.  On electronic spa controls, you should not exceed the wattage of the heater that originally was supplied, as some circuit boards cannot handle additional amp draw without damaging the board.  Typically these will be 4.0kw (4000 watts).   If your spa is not heating to 104 degrees, or takes too long to heat, you most likely have a bad element that needs to be replaced.  It is the most common part that fails on spas.   Electrical components are not returnable but these elements undergo 3 tests just prior to packaging to verify ground to fault.  Ships UPS ground, insured in the U.S.  No P.O.
