This hard cover (with dust jacket) Book Club Edition copy of THE BLUE SEA COOKBOOK (copyright 1968) belonged to my mother. It contains mouthwatering recipes and formulas for preparing every type of fish. There is also a list of Do’s and Don’t’s in seafood cooking, an enlightening guide providing information on everything from buying fish to cleaning and preparing the products of the sea.
This book shows its age with some yellowing and spotting of pages but there are no torn or missing pages. This book really does contain some great seafood recipes!
COOKBOOK CLEARANCE
Please check out my other cookbook listings. I love to cook but I have too many cookbooks so I am clearing the shelves. The starting bid for each book will be less than a dollar. I have tried to keep my books clean and in good condition. When I find a recipe that is a keeper, I enter it into my recipe database so that I don’t have to cook with the open book in my workspace asking for food spatters! I would be happy to combine shipping if anyone cares to bid on more than one cookbook. There are some wonderful recipes here and I hope these books will find good homes.
