Postal Insurance All items we send out are extremely well packaged, however, we cannot accept responsibility for damages, or losses, by the postal service unless you specically request for additional postal insurance. We always obtain a proof of postage for all items. Postal Costs We aim to keep our postage costs very competitive, we do not believe in over-charging customers like other sellers. For small items we use Royal Mail or Parcel force and larger items we use a named Courier. The postage cost covers packaging, handling and shipping. If you are unhappy about the cost then please do not bid for the item. If you prefer you can arrange collection of your item either in person or by Courier as your own cost. Auction End Please complete the e-bay checkout within 3 days of the auction close.UK Buyers: If paying by UK Cheque or Postal Order, then please send within 7 days of the auction end. UK Payments We accept PayPal, UK Postal Orders and UK Cheques. As soon as your payment is cleared we will send your item out to you immediately. We have a post office located nearby so we sometimes make multiple visits during the course of the day. International Payments We only accept PayPal payments in pounds sterling from international buyers. Non Payment If payment has not been received within 7 days of the auction close then we will file a non-payment report to ebay and leave negative feedback. Euro Plugs The majority of our sale items are sourced from mainland Europe and as such come with two prong Euro plugs rather than three prong UK plugs. We can provide a Euro to UK Convertor, which screws onto the Euro plugand looks just like a UK Plug, for only £2.99. If a convertor isn't purchased then the Euro plug will need to be replaced with a UK plug in order to operate. This should be done by a competent person in order to avoid any damages. Light Bulbs Light bulbs are not usually provided with our products, unless stated. All light bulbs will be either E14 or E27 Euro screw-on and are available from DIY centres or your local Supermarket for instance. If you prefer, we can supply the bulbs for your fitting also, please send us an email after auction close and we will happily quote you a price for this. Returns If your item is damaged or faulty then please send an email to returns@retromodern.co.uk and we will arrange receipt of your item.
