Shipping from 95501 CA. USA.  Completly checked, cleaned by certifiedd electrical technician on staff. This unit is equal in every respect to the overpriced "new" units.  The various factory coatings (some have none) has been replaced by a high-temp paint.   Thermally Protected for Continuous Duty, complete with factory gasket. connectors for the Quadra-Fire.
