We will not process any returns/exchanges without an RGA. Please refer to manufacturer’s terms and conditions as most take care of their own warranties. Returned items must be in original condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc. Refunds will be made within 7 business days of our receipt of the customer's completed RGA. We cannot provide refunds for opened items that are not defective. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in acceptable condition. Missing or defective parts will be replaced or exchanged ONLY. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned items that are refunded.
