They are a John Deere dealer therefore you should see tractors in the front of the building. I will meet everyone in that parking lot. In the rare event you receive a coral that is dead on arrival you must contact me within 1 hour of receiving the coral along with detailed pictures of the coral and packaging, NO EXCEPTIONS / NO EXCUSES. The contact information and email address will be provided within your package. DOA means dead on arrival, not dead after it enters your aquarium. You will know if the coral is dead before you take it out of the bag. The water may be murky and the flesh or polyps will be detached. So, DOA coral pictures should be taken of the coral outside of the bag but not in your aquarium. Do not take pictures of the coral in your tank. If it was DOA then I would assume you would not put a dead coral in your aquarium! Due to many different levels of knowledge of this hobby, after the coral has entered your aquarium, it yours!!! This guarantee does not apply if you, the buyer is not available to receive the package on the first attempt of delivery or if the package is refused. The guarantee does not apply for coral that die in your tank after a short period of time. I can not guarantee the coral after arrival because I have no control over your aquarium conditions or your knowledge of keeping coral. The guarantee consists of a replacement coral of the same value or refund minus the shipping fees. I am not responsible for any delays or damages that the shipping company may cause.
