When a item is said to NOT come in original packaging or box, this means we will provide a generic box for storage and shipment because the item does not have it's original box or packaging. We attempt to obtain correct specifications from the manufacturer's website, if this is not possible, we will obtain specifications from other legitimate sources. We are NOT liable for misinformation regarding the item's specifications. Non-Paying Bidders Payment, in full, is expected within 7 days from the close of the auction! When payment is NOT received for an eBay item in the alloted time frame, an eBay Non-Paying Bidder Notification will be filed regardless of contact between the buyer and the seller; we do not accept partial payments or payments intended to cover eBay fees. If you send an e-mail backing-out of a listing post-auction, you will receive a draft email confirmation from us stating to expect a Non-Paying Bidder Notification. Shipping Policy If items are not picked up or freight arrangements are not made within 7 days of winning your auction, you will be charged a $25.00 storage fee per item, per week! Items are shipped via FedEx only. We will only ship using our FedEx account number. PLEASE NOTE: We only ship to 48 continental states within the USA, sorry NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE! We do not ship to any other International locations or to APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes (the lower 48 only). If you won an auction and you are from an International location, you will need to provide a physical US shipping address in order for us to ship your item. A tracking number is automatically emailed upon FedEx pick-up to the paypal email address provided. If your item is returned to our warehouse by FedEx as a result of an incorrect provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment charges for the item. Fedex Shipping Damage: If your item arrives to you seemingly damaged in transit, please do not refuse the package, but rather inspect the unit cosmetically and functionally, and if shipping damage has occurred, please retain all packaging materials, as well as all items/accessories included in your auction. Please contact us via eBay to inform us of the damage. Once we are contacted by you, we will contact Fedex in order to begin a Damage Claim. We will schedule to have the item picked up at the recipient’s location. Once we receive the item back, we will complete the paperwork for the claim and contact you when the claim is completed. This process usually can take 7-15 days after we complete the paperwork. Please do not initiate a damage claim with Fedex; please wait for us to do so, as delays and complications may occur otherwise. Freight Shipping Damage: Damage done to the item during freight shipping is NOT our responsibility. You will have to report any damage to your freight carrier! Not us. We charge a FLAT rate for all of our shipments, UNLESS, because of size and weight, the item needs to be picked up or shipped by freight (For example, a Large TV). In this case, the high bidder is responsible for making their own shipping arrangements. For freighted deliveries, shipping dimensions and weights will be clearly stated in our advertisement. ALL freighted items are now being charged $20.00 for our time and packaging materials. We recommend freightquote.com for freight shipments. We will need the freight company to fax or email us a bill of lading. The item WILL NOT be released to the freight driver WITHOUT us having a copy of the bill of lading!
