New in original package. A few policies from NEC Power Systems: 1. NO International Sales. We ship only in the United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territory--add $2.00 and pay for priority shipping. Parcel post just takes too long. 2. If you pay with Pay Pal, we will ship only to the confirmed Pay Pal address once the payment is cleared. If you do not have a confirmed Pay Pal address, do not bid. If you have a non-USA Pay Pal account or a Pay Pal account that is funded with non-USA money---do not bid. We do NOT accept payment from non-USA accounts. 3. If something is wrong with the product and a warranty is noted in the ad, contact us for a return authorization number. We will replace it or refund your money if the item is defective. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If it is our fault, we will pay to return it to you. 4. We ship often - at least by the 3rd business day - usually sooner. Sorry, we do not combine shipping unless otherwise stated. We will mark the item shipped after it is sent so please check the e-bay auction site so you will know when to expect it. We generally use the USPS, but on larger items, we will ship with either UPS of FedEx. We try to support our local post office, so we do not have an automated system of sending out USPS delivery confirmation numbers. We personally take all items to the local post office. If your item is overdue—longer than the maximum as stated next to the method of shipping you selected—please contact us.
