We ship out UPS ground or other carriers for all our smaller items.   Larger items are freight shipped and may have a longer delay in shipping due to the large size of the items. All sofas and custom ordered sofas are non-refundable.  All custom ordered furniture is non-refundable so please be sure you like the item and the color choice before ordering, please call us if you have any questions or would like any fabric swatches.  All of our furniture is brand new from the importer in it's original box and packaging, some items may be re-packaged for shipment.   We do not stock these items so we can bring you the lowest prices.  We do require photos of any damages to the items before we file a damage claim, small nicks and scratches are not covered by damage claims.
