The color is a pretty periwinkle blue. The tag says it is a size Large. This has elastic on the bottoms for a comfortable fit& is also a full coverage bottom. The top ties around the neck and back for a halter style look. This is new with out the tags but has been washed as the tags were taken off but then never used.
