RETURNS: Within 3 days of receipt of item(s). Prior authorization must be obtained before Item(s) can be sent back. Not all returns will be authorized but will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Upon receiving authorization item(s) must be shipped back (at buyers expense). All Original Packaging, Parts, Accessories, Manuals, etc.. must be returned in exact condition as when received by buyer or return will not be accepted. Upon review of returned item(s) if return is accepted buyer will receive a refund from us for the amount paid for the item(s) minus all shipping and Handling costs. Refund will be through PayPal or a mailed company check. Returns will be limited to defective or misrepresented merchandise ONLY.
Software and Video Games: SoCal ePals DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY SOFTWARE OR VIIDEO GAMES SOLD. We are very through to make sure everything we sell is functional. Software and video games have many variables when it comes to individual computers. Please be sure to read the Minimum system requirements before purchasing. USED SOFTWARE: Please be aware that it is Legal to Re-Sell Most Used Software; the determination is stated in the Licensing Agreement included with the software. SoCal ePals will only sell used software that fits the legal category. Transferring registration (if necessary) will be up to the buyer. Please note *For the most part, software registration entitles the owner to “free” technical support but be advised that most major software companies abandon Technical Support for software that is two to three years old and older. SoCal ePals sells mostly “older” New and Used software; therefore if Technical Support is something you want with your purchase, we recommend you purchase a more recent version of whatever software you are looking for.
PAYMENT: All Payments to SoCal ePals are expected within 72 hours of an Auction or Listings close. (Please See Combined Payment and Combined Shipping Details Below) Failure to make payment within 120 hours (5 Days) will begin the ebay "non-payment" process and item(s) will no longer be available to buyer.
SHIPPING: SoCal ePals will ship most item(s) within 24 to 48 hours of a cleared payment, Please Note that Some purchases however may require up to 72 hours to ship in which case the buyer will be notified. (Holidays and Weekends Will Delay Shipping)
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss or damage during shipping, therefore we HIGHLY recommend buyer purchases (optional) insurance when making payment at checkout. On Auctions and/or Listings where insurance is REQUIRED the cost will already be added into the shipping total. Please Note that SoCal ePals does not refund shipping, Handling or Insurance Costs at any time. Insurance claims (if Necessary) are to be handled by the buyer and the respective shipping carrier and governed by their policies.
