I accept paypal, checks and money orders. Payment should be received within 7 days of the auctions end.Shipping is included in the cost of all my items except large items listed as pick up only. I can personally deliver large items at a rate of $1 per loaded mile from zip 17403. I generally ship within 3 days of receipt but i am on call 24/7 and do get a lot of last minute salvage jobs. I get a call and the demolition contractor tells me i have 2 days to strip an entire house. Some large items may take up to 2 weeks to pack and ship.I accept returns only if there is an error in the description. If i pull an item from a house that i think is original and is later found out to be a reproduction or if i type an incorrect measurement in the description i will take the item back. I do my best to accurately describe an item and any and all damage or problems. Measurements will be within 1/8 of an inch.My salvage business was born of necessity. I started restoring an 1896 victorian in 1993 and the house had seen better days. I needed doors and staircase parts among other things. I contacted the owners of several buildings scheduled for demolition and bought the salvage rights to get the items i needed for my house and had a lot left over which i sold. 15 years later this is my full time job. I am always looking to buy salvage rights and architectural antiques, finders fees gladly paid.
