Place a bid
DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PAY IN 3 DAYS NEG FEED BACK WILL BE LEFT sound rude? i got this idea from another ebayer that got tired of people bidding and not paying for it till ebay finnaly permits you to file a non payment,, dont like it? what can i say ,, these are live plants ,, i tell ya what,, get a plastic plant.. a young lady said earlier this year,, that i was rude for starting out my auction that way/ well i think it is rude to buy a live plant that i have spent so much time on getting it to start ,,then not paying for it for 3-4 weeks,, i could have sold them 2 times over in that time
this is a auction for enough bamboo ROOTS to do 15 feet of fence. already to plant rhinzome (root) ,,bamboo is green all year if you know of something that looks like bamboo but dies in the winter then it is not bamboo, it is probilly a cousin to bamboo called a reed,, beautifull as it is it is not the real thing..
also because i want you all to have success i am including clear directions and ill be here for your instructions
these roots are started and have growth already..ohh please dont hesitate to ask me questions, i love it..some times when the bids go high i add extra to acomadate for the diffrence, but the 15 feet are for 8 plantsas far as i can tell i truely beleive that this is Phyllostachys area , it is a great fence bamboo and will budda if you know how.. but beware controll it
THESE ROOTS ARE 4=6 INCHES LONG AND ALREADY SHOWING GROWTH YOU WILL ONLY HAVE TO PUT THEM IN THE GROUND WITH THE PAPER THAT THEY ARE WRAPPED IN AND WATER.. THEN WATCHthis is the best time of year to buy these plants for the next 3 months they are at there growing frenzyi realize when you look at my ebay auctions,, compared to the other guys i look like a 4 year old with a crayon selling koolaid .. i am sorry for that.. I do my best,, i have not learned very many computer skills but i am learning every day.. right now i am learining how to take an old puter and find out why it dosent work.. but i will say that all my life i have done well with plants and i do love people ( as long as they are not husbands it seems)
the bamboo i am selling gets to about 2 inches in diameter at its largest, and 20 feet tall,,, it is so green that the truncks look almost blue,, this is a clumper but it does have runners and that is what i am selling you
what i am doing is straiting out a live fence that has with stood hurricanes and hot and cold temps here in north carolina for at least 30 years,, the owners didnt prepare for its spreading so i am fixing it,, selling the runners here on ebay.
when you get your rhinzomes you will dig a little trench about 8 inches deep (or deeper) and cover with 3-4 inches of soil, do not plant where there is a lot of standing water.. but you will want to water well the first 3 weeks and occasionaly for the first year,, if you live in a real harsh sun place then make a temp shade the first year so it can climatize and get used to it (it will) temps that it can live well in are 10-110 degreese if you think it gets colder where you live for short periods then mulch a lot. bamboo makes its own mulch so it is recomended not to clean up the leaves that it leaves behind.
shipping out side of the 48s ask me and i will look it up. rember that you save on shipping when you buy multiple orders.
i am here to answer questons and help you plant your bamboo live fence
ok for thoes who need real good instructions in planting. here they are.. read it and weep lol
dig a hole,, yep in the ground.. put that oriental water vase away
lay your rhinzome in the hole, in the ground, where there is dirt,
(side ways) WITH THE PAPER STILL ON IT, the paper the root is wraped in (not the sunday times)
it is not a stick with bumps (ohhh lordie)
it is a root. thoes little bumpie things are new plants hun!
cover that hole with some nice brown dirt ( no not water, AND DONT BUY A VASE TO PUT THAT FUNNY STUFF YOU HAVE BEEN CALLING LUCKY BAMBOO..IT IS NOT EVEN REAL BAMBOO THAT LUCKY STUFF ISNT BAMBOO,, LOOK IT UP GOOGLE IT.. THIS IS BAMBOO AS IS THE BAMBOO THAT THE SELLERS HERE SELL,, NOT LUCKY Sh--
now that you have this thing in the ground water it well,, IN DIRT!!! i repeat dirt and do that every 2 days for aprox 2 weeks. there are only a few types of bamboo that like to live in water,, this aint one of em
when you see your babies (not the neighbors kids or you own) the bamboo then look at it in wonderment that such a beautifull plant comes from such an ugly root.OOOHHH YEA IF THIS IS IN YOUR YARD DONT MOW IT
now that you have your bamboo coming up, then think about 20 years down the road and what you are going to do to keep it from spreading into the other areas. in less you hate your neighbors or the land lord.
for thoes of you that want to plant in a pot,, make sure that your pot is big, has good drainage, and pretend that its in the wild.. lol
is that helpfull? ok you are not getting just roots with this order i am sending you 2 roots that are plants.. but if the auction goes high i will add a rhinzome as a free gift that is starting and you will want these directions.. when you get your plants then plant them with the paper still on the roots .. that way you wont mess up the delicate new roots
this will get 20 feet tall you can cut it befor it matures and then you get a fluffy plant. ask me about that incase you are interested. did any one notice that i dont care if i cant spell or that my grammer isnt right? well what do ya want? a good speller or a hard working ol lady or a good speller? do you need any help with how to keep critters away from your garden? or from under your porch? i might be able to help you with that,, while i was in Texas (where there are critters all over the place i learned a lot.. about critters,, 4 leggggggs and 2 legs, and 100 legs some with no legs. and to get rid of most of em ya need moth balls,, lol ask me questions
yaaa!! hoooie!!!! i learned that to in the 3 years i lived in texas and a dumpy trailer
thanks for looking really i am looking forward to hearing from you ,, |
