RMA numbers are ONLY valid within 7 days from the date of issue.
5. Non-defective Return Policy : Returns* are accepted within 15 days of receipt of item and are subject up to mandatory 20% restocking fee.(*functional items) All Shipping / Handling charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges will be customer's responsibility and returns must be shipped back via the same means of transportation as delivered to customer. Products must be returned in original packaged condition. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without any markings. Products returned in any other manner or returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer and no credit shall be issued. All unauthorized returns will be refused at the time of delivery and no credit will be issued. 6. While under warranty, if item shows lack of full functionality, customer has the responsibility for all inbound shipping charges. We will pay for out bound charges back to the customer.
7. Any fees or charges resulting from payment charge-backs or rescinded funds will be responsibility of the buyer. 8. In order to provide us with the opportunity to resolve any outstanding concerns to your complete satisfaction, you agree to participate in third-party mediation via SquareTrade.com before posting neutral or negative feedback. 9. Shipping : Please provide us with a phone number at the time you are making a payment. We will ship as soon as we receive a phone number. Phone numbers are REQUIRED by our freight companies to arrange delivery.
10. Even though we use quality trucking companies, boxes or packaging may be damaged during delivery. In case of exterior damage to the box, the driver's signature must be obtained and the shipping receipt with a clear statement that the box was damaged upon arrival for return authorization and insurance purposes (we will handle the RMA and insurance claims). If you sign for a damaged package, it is your responsibility for any damage to the product and may void any warranty on the product.
11. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Refrigerator deliveries : OPEN & INSPECT THE BOX BEFORE SIGNING THE DRIVER'S PAPER and please make sure to see if there is / are any damage (s) before accepting delivery. If damage (s) is/are found then, PLEASE refuse the shipment (RefurbKing will handle RMA and insurance claims) Otherwise, customer accepts all responsibilities for items and may void any warranty on the product resulting from freight damage.

You will receive an email with payment instructions. For your convenience, we accept Cashier's Check, Money Order, Paypal and US issued Visa and MasterCard and Discover Card. We DO NOT accept foreign currency or personal checks. Payments MUST be made within 3 days of auction close. If combining items you must pay for all items within 7 days from the time your 1st item ends. Illinois Residents must add 8.75% sales tax.1. Paypal Payment WE ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESSES. We have the right to decline payments if credit card's billing and shipping addresses do not match.Small Items: We use UPS as our shipping carrier for Air Conditioner, Dehumidifier, Microwave, etc.Big Items: We only use quality trucking companies to ship: Washer and Dryers, Oven, Plasma TV, Refrigerators, etc.Curbside Delivery ONLY : Merchandise will be delivered from our warehouse to your home drive way / street curb. Freight Carrier will NOT move items into your home, garage, shed business or any other structure, nor does it include any set-up and installation.
Important Notes: Upon Checkout, you must provide a phone # to set up a delivery arrangement with carrier. Upon its delivery, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the box carefully to check any sign of damages before signing the delivery papers. If you notice any damage on the box, do not accept the item and make sure to reject the shipment while driver is present and call us ASAP. If any shipping damage was discovered after you have signed for the item, then you are responsible for filing a claim with the freight company.
