SHIPPING:
Your Order will ship 2-3 Week from confirmed receipt of your Payment.
Please note this is Back of truck Curb side delivery. Because this item is too heavy or too large to ship via UPS or Fedex it will arrive by a common freight carrier (usually Yellow Transportation or Overnite Transportation).
Please note that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
The truck freight company will deliver the product to the garage or front door. They will not offer any assembly services nor will they put it in the room of your choice. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to arrange for any additional services that you would like. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.
Tracking information will be e-mailed when available, usually 1-2 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.

In the event you'd like to Exchange or Return your item, send us an eMail within Seven (7) days of receiving the item - but keep in mind that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, at your cost. How long does it take to get a furniture delivery?
Your Order will ship out in about two weeks from confirmed receipt of your Payment. Transit time to any destination in the US is 1-2 weeks depending on your location.
How will I track my furniture delivery?

What if I received the furniture damaged or defective?
This is a very rare possibility; we thoroughly inspect and take care of packing of every item before shipment. Please inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt. In case the item you receive is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost. You must make a note on the delivery receipt have the carrier sign on top of it. You can call us toll free or email us at info@zfurniture.com and explain the problem within 3 days of receiving the item. Replacement for damaged or defective items/parts is absolutely Free of Charge. Please Note: All the damaged items must be returned to us in its original box/packaging and have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. We will work with you to resolve all the issues until you are completely satisfied. Rest assured your complete satisfaction is our main concern.
What about Exchange/Return/ Refund if I don’t like the furniture received?
We are pretty sure that you will like our quality products. In the event you'd like to Exchange or Return your item, send us an e-mail within seven (7) days of receiving the item – Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We will refund One Hundred Percent (100%) of your money, less the Shipping Charges.
