It has been cleaned and tested, it does come with ALL that is in the pictures even the ZIP BRUSH AND HARD WOOD FLOOR BUFFER!! It does have some scratches. The cloth filteration bag has been disinfected and cleaned, ready for you to use!!All the tools come with it (see pic) they do have scratches on them but have no effect on the performance of them. On the floor tool ther was a small crack and there was repair foil put around it (see pic) it has no effect on it's performance.
