Using these methods we allow 30 days for the completion of your transaction, which is broken into 2 parts. a) We allow up to 15 days your payment to be received at our office. b) You allow up to 15 days for processing, bank clearance and order processing. NOTE The sooner we get payment the sooner you get your product. Shipping We have provided a Rate Calculator that shows you the shipping charges to your destination. If the State, Province or Country that reside in does not appear in the rate calculator, please contact us at rates@silverstarhomeproducts.com and we will gladly give you a rate quote. Note some product listings have Free Ground shipping. This is only in the Lower 48 U.S. States. We also ship to APO, AFO and AE addresses, please contact us for a rate quote as these addresses fall under different shipping rates. International Shipments All International Buyers, as you may know that when you import products from the United States to other Countries that Customs may charge DUTY and TAXES on your products. Also couriers may charge a brokerage fee for finalizing customs paperwork and customs clearance. The customs and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the person/s that purchased the product. Silver Star works closely with UPS, USPS and CUSTOMS to make sure all documents are properly filled out to avoid problems at Customs, which could delay the delivery of your product. If your purchase is being shipped to a different address as a gift, please notify us immediately so that we can fill out the customs paperwork properly. REMEMBER, you cannot send a gift to yourself! Order Status We ship some products from our location and from the manufacturer's warehouse. We process the orders quickly and efficiently as possible usually within 1 business day, but if demand is high this can take up to 3 - 5 business days. For an order status or product location, please contact customer service. Store Shipments We ship our in-stock eBay items via UPS or USPS directly from our store within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail when the item ships. Manufacturer Shipments Items we do not stock are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Products are ordered within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends) in some rare cases these items may take 7-10 business days before they arrive. Also you may not receive a tracking number on some orders. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us if you have not received your order within 12 days! Shipping Insurance All our products at this point have the shipping insurance included in the rate if the product is over $100.00 as the carriers cover packages up to $100.00 at no charge. Transit times and delivery scheduling is totally under the control of the Carrier. Delays that can affect delivery time are; traffic, construction and weather etc. Any unforeseen delays that may occur in which we know about, customer service will notify you via email.
