DECORATIVE SMALL METAL GARDEN FLOWER CART   This small, decorative cart would make a beautiful accent on any plant shelf. It is in excellent, clean, like new condition. It is about 13 1/2" x 6 1/2" and about 12" tall.  All 4 sides of the cart, as well as the canopy roof have hummingbirds and roses cut into the metal.
