The valance is a balloon style valance with deep inverted box pleats. The valance is mounted onto a wooden board, creating a small return on each side. The board is lined with white drapery lining.This shade is fully lined with drapery lining.The shade is fully operable, meaning that you can pull it up or down just by pulling on a cord and tying it around a cord cleat. It has pleats on the sides as well, making it more attractive when viewed from the side (it also gives it more support). This shade is meant to be outside-mounted.This cornice is shipped ready in one piece. All you need are two L-brackets to install it.The cord comes out from the right side. If you'd like it on the left, notify us immediately. This cornice is fully lined.
