Lamps in cases can not be shipped together, due to their size. 2) We prefer PayPal for payment. We also accept Money Order/Cashier's Check and Personal Check's. If you pay by any means but paypal i will wait 4-5 business days for the check to clear before i ship. No other forms of payments accepted. 3) Delivery takes about 4-7 business days. Occaisionally a item is out of stock, and takes a few days to come into my warehouse, normally it will go out the next day. For PR, Alaska and Hawaii, please email us first, as DHL only ships air to these locations and it is a bit expensive.
