Monitor the inside temperature and the power with a sensor that will call you to alert you if the temperature dips or rises to a dangerous level or if the power goes out for any length of time. The Deluxe Freeze Alarm uses your existing telephone line to call three phone numbers when the temperature drops below the set point you determine or if the power goes out. You can add an auxiliary sensor, as well. You can even call in to check on your home remotely, changing settings from your cell phone or adjusting the thermostat, ideal for vacation homes. The Deluxe Freeze Alarm is powered by an AC adapter and requires a 9-volt battery (not included) as a backup. Condition: Brand new. Never used.
