We also pay for return shipping. All items must be returned to us in the condition of which they were received, along with all original packaging materials. The following are criteria we use when describing our items. - New in Package - Item is in new/unused condition and includes the original packaging. - New-Repackaged - Item is new/unused condition, but does not include the original packaging. Items that have badly damaged or missing packaging are repack- aged in poly bags. Items missing the original package are exposed to dust and may have light dusty soil that can be easily resolved when laundered. - Store Display-Like New - Item was shown on the department store's display bed. They are in New or Almost New condition. Some items may have light soil or dust due to the open store environment. Stick pins are sometimes used to secure fitted sheets and bedskirts to display beds, therefore these items may have some tiny pinholes in the sheet pockets or bedskirt platforms. - Like New Return - Item was a customer return and shows very little to no signs of use. Item still appears new. - Gently Used Return - Item was a customer return and does show some sign of use. Still in very good to excellent condition. The most typical sign of use would be laundering (not quite as crisp as when it first comes out of the packaged) or fabric softener scent. Items are stored in a warehouse environment and are exposed to dust. Additionally, items without the original packages, open packages, store displays may be wrinkled. Wrinkled items does not indicate a "used" item. We inspect all items and list noticeable flaws other than those mentioned here in the Additional Details or Flaws section above.
