Returned items without an approval or RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number from A&J DIRECT CORP., will be refused. All return products must meet all requirements listed below to be accepted by our Returns Department. Basic Returns Requirements. Before shipping the return product, you must CONTACT US and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  A&J DIRECT CORP will not accept any returns sent without a RMA number. Please include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number including a note indicating the reason of the returned item and the resolution of the transaction, e.g. replacement, exchange or refund.  All return items must include the original accessories/inserts/trays included in the package.   The original OEM box SHOULD NOT be DAMAGED and must not contain any writings, labels, postage etc. Returned item must be double boxed. RMA number should be written outside the shipping box. All items which do not follow the instructions above will be refused or returned at your own cost without credit approval.   Basic Returns Policy A&J DIRECT CORP will only offer a 7 DAYS return policy. These 7 days will start from the date the item left our Shipping Department (regardless on the actual delivery date).  Once item was received, the buyer MUST check/test the item immediately and contact A&J DIRECT CORP for any issues. Upon receiving a valid RMA number, buyer should immediately ship the return item. It does not have to be in our facility within 7 days but should be in the possession of the shipper. Buyer assumes ALL responsibilities for the return package until it arrives at our Returns Department. All return shipping/postage charges is the responsibility of the BUYER. All returned products are subject for a 20% Restocking Fee unless the reason for return is due to defective item. The returned item will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.)   Products that become defective after 7 days of receipt, the buyer should contact the respective manufacturer for assistance.
