RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of arrival and must have seller's approval in the form of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) which is emailed. We will not process any returns, exchanges or refunds without an RGA and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returned items must be in original, uninstalled condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc. In the rare case of a missing or defective part, only a replacement or exchange will be made. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all refunded items. Refunds will be made within 7 business days of arrival to our warehouse once the return has met these conditions.
