Up for bid is a NEW in SEALED Box, BROAN Economy Ventilation Fan, model 688. The fan cover is white and is made for a bathroom of up to 45 square feet. It has a 50 CFM air movement, and 4.0 sones sound level, a plug in - permanantly lubricated motor, is UL listed, and made in the USA. Its housing size is 7 1/4" x 7 1/2" x 3 5/8" high. The grill cover is 9 1/4" x 9". I purchased this unit at an overstock/return sale, and it has a little sheetrock compound on the box, but box is still sealed. Happy Bidding!! If slightly undercharged, we will pay the difference, but if slightly overcharged, we will consider it as part of a handling fee. Also, if you are from outside of the United States, please contact me for a correct shipping quote and to make sure insurance is available. Ebay often times miscalculates shipping and offers insurance when insurance is not allowed by some countries, or sometimes the insurance for those countries are much higher than eBay has calculated. We will not be held responsible for items shipped outside the United States that are lost or damaged, with or without insurance. Please take into consideration the trustworthiness of your local postal carriers when purchasing in countries outside of the United States. If you do not want to take the risk, do not bid. I accept PayPal, Money Orders, or Cashier's Checks. But, if you are mailing payment, you must let me know at close of auction and funds should be in the mail within three days. Also, please go through ebay checkout even if you are putting a check in the mail, because, this way it makes it easier to print out a shipping label. Return or Refund Policy: If an item is sold without a return policy specified, it is sold as-is. If a return policy is offered on the item during the sale, it is good for the duration as is stated in the auction. After that point, it is as-is, and no returns will be given unless extra-ordinary circumstances arise, and that will be determined by the seller on a case by case basis, but should be considered as-is after stated return period.
