It makes every dish more colorful better smell. You could use it with rice, chicken, beef and even add a little bit of it when making bread and you'll see the differences Because of its expense, intense flavour, and strong dying properties, very little saffron is required for culinary purposes and the key is to distribute it evenly throughout the dish being prepared.
