Order Status: We ship out most items from our warehouse in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. If you see the Availability for a product listed as 'Usually leaves the warehouse on the next business day,' the product will ship from our warehouse. If you see 'This item ships directly from the manufacturer or distributor,' the product will be shipped from a different warehouse. Products from other vendors usually take a little longer for processing before they are shipped. 1.) Warehouse Shipments: We ship our in-stock eBay items via UPS directly from our warehouse within 1-2 days of your purchase. You will receive a UPS Tracking Number by e-mail when the item ships.
2.) Manufacture/Distributor Shipments: Items we do not stock are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. In some rare cases these items may take 14-15 days before they arrive, and you may not receive a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us and we'll get it for you!
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on Unopened Products.
All exchanges/returns must be pre-approved by our Returns Department and you
must obtain a return authorization number and return instructions before
shipping items back. Please do not return any product to us without a Return
Authorization number (RA#), as different products must be returned to different
locations. Products returned to us without an RA # will incur an additional $15
handling charge. You can request a return authorization via your AllBrands Account within
the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Authorized returns are for a refund
or store credit. All store credits are valid for one year. If you require
assistance completing the online return form, please contact our Customer
Service Department at 1-800-739-7374. Customer Service hours are 8AM to 6PM CT
Monday through Friday and 9AM to 4PM on Saturday.
Unopened: Unopened merchandise that can be returned to the
manufacturer may be returned for a full refund less all shipping cost. This
means that the merchandise must be in a factory sealed box with the seal
unbroken. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free
Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. All
returns are subject to inspection before refund is given. On some products, an
additional restocking fee will apply. This will be indicated on the product
page.
Opened: Opened merchandise may be returned for a store
credit less a 15% restocking fee for all items, providing merchandise is
returned double boxed in its original factory carton, undamaged with Styrofoam,
warranty card, instruction manual and all included accessories. Some items have
a higher than 15% restocking fee. This will be indicated on the product page.
You will be charged extra for any missing or damaged items upon return. Shipping
is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have
standard ground shipping fees deducted from the store credit. All returns are
subject to inspection before store credit is given.
Software: Manufacturers allow no exchanges or refunds on
software unless defective at the time of purchase and only for the same exact
product. We will issue a full refund on software less shipping cost if it is
unopened and factory sealed condition. Shipping is non-refundable, and items
purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees
deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is
given.
Factory Defects: We will repair or replace any unit within
the first 30 days of purchase if the manufacturer determines it to be defective
in material and workmanship. If the unit cannot be repaired within 30 days of
purchase we will replace the unit. We have to see the unit first to determine if
the problem you are having is covered by warranty. We will reimburse you for
ground shipping expense in the continental U.S. for authorized returns on
warranty repairs in the first 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not
accept COD returns.
Customized Items: Any item ordered with customized
specifications cannot be returned. Customized items include, but are not limited
to, items such as inserts created specifically for the customer's needs.
Shipping Damage:
UPS: Please inspect your package when you receive it from
the shipping carrier. If you notice any damage from shipping, please contact our
Customer Service Department at 1-800-739-7374 to report the damage. DO
NOT use the product . You must contact us within 5 business
days . Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels,
packing material, etc...), as the shipping carrier will come to inspect the
package. Please also review UPS' Terms &
Conditions.
Freight Carrier: Always inspect your shipment BEFORE signing
for it. It is best to completely remove your shipment from its containers
regardless of the condition of the box, inspect it thoroughly, assemble the
product (if possible), and if it is damaged make a note of the damage on the
delivery receipt, or repackage and decline delivery. When you sign the delivery
receipt, it is a legal contract that states that you accepted the product in
that condition. If opening or assembling is not possible at the time delivery is
received, it is best to indicate "possible concealed damage" regardless of the
condition of the box(es). This is very important because once you have signed
for your shipment it is your responsibility if it is damaged. Save your box and
all packaging materials until you are satisfied that your product and all
accessories are satisfactory (A good practice is to compact the boxes and give
them a space in your basement or attic). Attempting a return to the manufacturer
for repair/replacement is nearly impossible without the proper boxes!
Returns: The fastest way to ensure a return is
to request a return authorization telephone within
the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Authorized
returns are for a store credit, which are valid

Can I track my package?
Tracking information will be sent by email when the order ships for most orders. Some distributors do not provide us with tracking numbers. Please click here for an order status.
Can I change my order?
Because of our automated order processing system, orders are electronically approved and transmitted when you submit the order. As a result, changes cannot be made to your order once it is complete. If you want to add to your order, simply place a new order. To do so please wait for a new listing to be posted to eBay. If your order contains an error email us as soon as possible.
Are your products new?
The auction will say if the item is brand new or factory serviced under the item's main picture.
What are Factory Serviced products?
We are able to offer incredible savings on some products that are available factory serviced. Factory serviced items have been returned to the manufacturer for a variety of reasons including: returns to the retail store of purchase unused, items with a cosmetic blemish, demonstration units and items with slight defects. In addition, new items that are overstocks are labeled factory serviced. In all instances, the product is shipped to the factory, inspected, restored to original factory specifications if required, tested and repackaged. These products cannot be sold as new, so they are considered "factory serviced". Because of the rigorous inspection and testing process, the defect rate of factory serviced products is actually much lower than that on items sold new.
Do you add sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged if either the billing OR shipping address is in the state of Louisiana. We are not required to charge sales tax on orders originating and shipping outside the state of Louisiana.
Will a local dealer service a machine purchased from AllBrands.com?
Dealers are not under any contractual obligation to provide free service. We will service and re-deliver any home machines we sold within the continental U.S. needing warranty service within the first 30 days at our cost.
Do you match prices?
If you find an identical item that is in stock with a lower price, we’ll do our best to match the price. Price matches are valid only BEFORE you bid. When comparing prices, the availability, the shipping, the warranty information, the condition of the item, and taxes will be included in our price match decision.
Is there one brand that is best?
No, it depends entirely on your price range, needs, and feature requirements. The best brand at $200 is not necessarily the best at $3000. That’s why we carry so many brands, to give our customer quality options regardless of their budget.
How do I learn how to use my machine?
If you find that the instruction book is not adequate for your needs, inquire about availability of instructional videos, supplemental workbooks, etc. that might apply to your model, or e-mail us for on-line service. We can solve 95% of operational, mechanical, or technical service problems via e-mail.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you received your order and it is damaged, e-mail us immediately. If your order is to be delivered by a freight company, please inspect contents before signing acceptance and note any package damage on bill of lading. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don't sign the delivery ticket. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim.
