This is a rusty metal double hook hat/coat  for wall mounting or a hall tree.  It's in good condition, but does need a cleaning and a coat of paint.  It measures almost 8" from hook to hook and7&1/2"high, and sticks out about about 7'.  Hard to measure.  Very ornate design on it. Thanks for looking.
