International shipping will always be priority international because that is the only method click n ship supports.  I understand it is more expensive and some items could be shipped a cheaper method but it is out of my hands.  I am not able to go to the post office to ship so only use click n ship.  Pay-pal is the only acceptable payment for  international payments.  NOW FOR THE FUN PART.....I got this from an estate auction.  Everyone stood scratching their heads, wondering what it was, and were quite surprised when I jumped right into the bidding action.  I think this is the neatest old antique hose reel.  It is from the late 1800's and is dark wood from age.  This has the round top with the horseshoe bracket on the top where the hose rests and stays in place when watering.  This bracket pivots, making the task easier.  The one side lower leg has been repaired with an added brace for re-enforcement which is good. (See photo #6) The wheels are steel and unique.  This cart is free-standing and functions well with rolling and moving parts.  It is 40" tall (including the bracket on top) and 15 7/8" wide (wheel to wheel).  The wheels are 4 3/4" in diameter.  This is such a neat old primitive piece.   Thank you!
