WAIST• Measure around waist, over body (not over shirt or pants).• For Belts, measure either at natural waist as above, or 1" below the waist. Which measurement you choose is based upon where you like to wear your pants: at the natural waist, or lower on the hip. HIPS• For Misses' sizing, stand with heels together, and measure approximately 8" below the waist.• For Petites' sizing, stand with heels together, and measure approximately 7 1/2" below the waist. SLEEVEWith arm bent at 90 degrees, place hand on hip. Start at the center of the back of your neck and measure across the shoulder to the elbow down to the wrist INSEAMMeasure similar-style pants that fit you well, from the crotch seam to bottom of pants.
