BUY IT NOW BEFORE THEY ARE GONE The drapes have three layers the top layer is elegant scallop valance then there are full length Jacquard panels and the bottom layer is beautiful voile. These are rod pocketed and the valances are attached.  All the pieces shown in the picture are included. The voile, panels, Valances and the ties. You get both sides (a set). The valance is attached so if you put them once you get the look that is shown in the pictures PLEASE ENLARGE PICTURES THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL.
