This is a PREMIUM ELEMENT, NOT LIKE THE OTHER STANDARD ELEMENTS OUT THEIR. You are bidding on a brand new heating element that fits most flo through heaters on most major spa brands. It can be used for 110v or 240v. 1.5kw for 110v, and 5.5kw for 240v. This is a premium heating element. It is like others, but instead of rubber gasgets, it comes with a silicone "seat". The reason you want this is that it prevents almost all instalation leaks and future leaks at the connection of the element. This element is also made with better alloys that resist corrosion. It comes with mounting nuts & electrical mounting nuts.. Is very easy to install. The element is 10 inches long, 2 inches in width at the deepest point which includes the peg for the wire terminal. These pegs will come through the stainless housing and will be secured to the stainless flo-through tube with a 3/4 inch nut. Not counting the mounting screws, the element is 1 3/8 inches wide. The wire terminals are 1 1/4 inches apart, measuring center post to center post. Their is a 1/4 inch nut that secures your wire to the terminals, that is included with the element. If you can remove your element from your stainless housing unit, doing so by the 1/4 inch nut for the wires, and the 3/4 inch securing nut, then sliding it out one side. Sometimes using a flat screwdriver to push the terminals down and to push the element out. If it looks generally like mine and the measurements are similar, (you can have a longer or shorter element by a couple of inches.) Than my element will be the exact PREMIUM replacement for your spa.
