Med Box: $80.00 This box will hold 25 Points of koi.  This box is for koi less than 11 inches. Large Box: $105.00 This box will hold 45 points of koi.     We only ship when you tell us to.  Please tell us exactly when to ship when processing payment.   Guarantee: Live Arrival + 48 hours.  Our fish are so healthy that we allow 48 hours from the time the fish arrive to you to report a claim.  We will replace the fish or refund the purchase price of the fish Less shipping.  If a Lot of fish are purchased and one dies you will receive a refund for the average cost you paid per fish in the lot.   You Must sign for the package on the first delivery attempt in order to qualify for the 48 hour guarantee.   Reporting a claim: You must E-mail us at BillBrock@Gardenpondkoi.com Within 48 hours of package arrival to report your claim.  Be prepared to provide proof of the loss.  We will not for any reason return an item once it has left our facility.   Multiple Winning Auctions: We ask that you pay for your winnings as you go.  We will adjust all invoices for additional shipping if needed.  We will hold your fish for you if you plan to bid on additional fish.  Please inform us if you are planning to bid on additional fish as we working Fish Farm and need to plan ahead to ensure that all fish your are  housed accordingly so that they will arrive healthy and beautiful.   Local Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment for those of you living in the Memphis area.   Our holding facility is located 5 miles south of Memphis in Olive Branch, MS.  Our farm is located South Indianolia, MS.     Gereral Notes about our auctions:     1. Please do not ask us to end an auction early so you may purchase the item.  We will not respond to any requests 2.  We will not ship your koi without your knowledge.  You must tell us when to ship.  We ship Monday- Thursday only.  No EXCEPTIONS.  Please make notes about shipping while processing payment. 3.  E-bay is only part of what we do.  We will do our best to respond to your email as quickly as we can but sometimes we have other things going on.  I usually do not check for messages until after 5 PM Central time. 4.  Our auctions start and end every Sunday Evening.  After all my auctions have closed for the night I will send out updated invoices to reflect combined shipping.  If you try to pay before I have sent out these invoices ebay will charge you full shipping for each koi purchased. 5. If you purchase additional koi from our store to add to your auction koi I will send out an updated invoice but it is usually after 5pm Central time the next day.       We are not Professional Photographers.  We are koi Farmers.  Every koi is exactly what is pictured every time.   Size when Listed is approx. and the sex of fish listed is not guaranteed.
